    Our project managers will take the time to sit down with you, get to know your business and your needs and the develop a solution customized to your business needs. From consultation to installation, they are with you every step of the way and utilize an efficient timeline guide to ensure the process is followed and nothing will be missed. 

   Providing great customer service is our priority. Our project managers will make “post call” assessments as well as customer satisfaction surveys on how well our field technicians performed on-site.  In addition, we hold daily team conference call meetings throughout the project durations to discuss areas that worked well and areas where adjustments must be made.

POS Deployment

At TNT Services, we understand that when you run a customer transaction-based business, your POS systems play a critical role.  We provide your organization with a fast and efficient way for managing purchases and conducting everyday business, which can include transferring checks, running debit and credit cards and even managing mobile payments. With that in mind, we realize when systems are down revenue can be LOST – It’s just that simple!  For this reason, we have fully integrated a work order system that provides fast and efficient notification to each field technician of a service call providing them with the details needed to promptly respond to the customer’s service issues.

Our Field Service Team is closely managed to ensure we meet the service level commitments established with our customers. You can rest assure that a TNT Services technician will arrive at your site fully-equipped with parts and service equipment in-hand to assist with getting your POS system up and running without delay. For all full contract customers, once the service issue is repaired, the TNT Services Field Technician will complete a preventative maintenance walk through “Health Check” to proactively identify and address potential problem areas before it presents downtime for your business.
